Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service agreement with Create2Grow by providing written notice to support@create2grow.in. Cancellation terms, including potential penalties or refund eligibility, will be specified in the individual service agreement.

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (downloadable tools, templates), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical defect that we cannot resolve.

Refunds for Services

For consulting and development services, refunds are processed based on the amount of work completed. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
